document Type text Add photos: drag and drop photos directly into document Right-click photo, select 'wrap text,' and select 'behind text' Then use mouse to position and resize photo as you desire When finished, save document in .pdf format: File > save as > enter file name > and then save as type, use drop down menu and select PDF This will produce a .pdf manual |

document, and write text You cannot add photos Then drag and drop text file into Chrome browser On far right side of Chrome are 3 horizontal bars> click bars > select print > at the top is option to save as PDF > then save file and it will make a .pdf manual |
| If you are going to post
.pdf manual online, then 1) pick title that others would search for. For example if your product is a Z-wave relay model number ZX210, and your company name is Alpha, then title might be Alpha-ZX210-Z-wave-relay.pdf 2) Put hyphen marks between each word in title. This is standard practice, otherwise spaces in title will automatically be filled in with %20 So if you title your manual Alpha ZX210 Z-wave relay.pdf ... without hyphens... then your title will appear Alpha%20ZX210%20Z-wave%20relay.pdf 3) If you have created a PDF manual, then file extension at end of title is .pdf |
