The discontinued P4243ME
actuator is similar to current model P4043ME. Both have 24 volt output to control two or three PE24VA valve actuators to change water flow between pool and spa, or fountain etc. Both can be connected to a remote switch. Wire remote switch/ 120 or 240V Wire remote control/ 120V or controlled with the hand held remote. The older P4243 is different in several ways: It has two relays and the relays and valves can be manually activated by pushing three white buttons located on face ... there is a voltage selector switch located on back of device instead of dip switches for choosing 120 or 240 volt. The P4243 relays are rated 17 amp for 1 HP at 120 volt and/or 3 Hp at 240 volt. The 2 relays are dry and can be used for either 120V or 240V .
