GE thrown off the NYSE...
Ok, no big deal you say?

Consider this for a moment: the companies that track your personal lives, limit your choices, cheat you, and overcharge you are the new wall street darlings...
While the big manufactures of hydroelectric turbines and household goods are fading away.
So are you surprised that the new vacuum cleaner doesn't work as well as the old one, the switch breaks after 3 months, and your only choice is to throw it in the landfill and buy another?
Are you surprised that the motor repair shops have disappeared, that the small tradesman can't make a go without getting bigger, and that a new TV costs less than what used to be a simple TV repair ... yet the offering on TV is so filled with advertisements and promotions and terms of service that it has exceeded annoying and intrusive?
Are you surprised that microsoft is helping ICE round up immigrants for profit? Surprised that google is getting paid to help the defense department drone program? Surprised that Wells Fargo cheats customers, Volkswagon invented a way to pollute on the cheap, and government spokespeople twist and distort facts for convenience?
And while the scams, lies and payoffs ensue, your wishes are no longer a concern to the 'free market,' and the government can't locate the kidnapped children ... because we are consumers chained in debt to businesses that remain on the NYSE.
Resist.
