Wildlife-camera-pointed-at-neighbors

Several weeks ago we had the Shady Oaks annual meeting.

The secretary read [last year's] minutes when the 'camera' was first mentioned.

After [last year's] minutes were read, Juanita Cisnado wanted to know about the camera

So to start this year's meeting >> I told Juanita I put up the camera > and then I told her I did it because they 'shot my front door' with paintball >> the following conversation included:
<> she said her uncle did it [who I think works for them] > at the time of the incident she told my wife that one of the kids did it
<> she implied that it was an accident
<> I told Juanita that she was nice enough to clean off the paint, but that the attack scared my wife > this is true
<> I told her she was scaring all 4 women who live in the two houses next door > this is true
<> Juanita immediately asked if my wife was at the meeting, as if she was going to apologize
<> my wife was not there, and then I said that my wife and I still welcome them to the neighborhood

Therefore, in our legal meeting in front of numerous witnesses, the Cisnados admitted shooting my front door with a paintball gun [impossibly from 270 feet away by accident]

Minutes taken during the meeting, and hard copies arrived at everybody's home a few weeks ago, that said my wife was terrorized by the attack > this is true <> the act of terror was published in our minutes.

But there's more > at the meeting, the Cisnados said they have 'photos' from around the neighborhood >> this implies that they think they are going to win the fight and will continue fighting beyond arbitration

In my estimation, the Cisnados have no intention of settling in arbitration.

I have 3 ideas that need your feedback:

1. I'm going to take wide photos that include every house in the neighborhood that can be compared with their unseen photos

2. If you want, I will go on-line and do a property tax search to verify that each home in this neighborhood has residential status and forward the results to you.

3. I think the Cisnados are easily embarrassed, and they don't like negative public press [they are proud troublemakers] <> and I believe she has public aspirations judging from the number of election signs that crop up at her present home
<> The admission at our legal meeting, plus the minutes saying my wife was terrorized add validity to the claim by committee members that Juanita has been intimidating other families in this neighborhood.
<> So we have two pieces of evidence about intimidation, plus verbal reports of intimidation from each committee person. Should we also prepare a petition showing that people have been intimidated?
<> The reason I suggest this line of attack is twofold <> to end the threats <> and to notify the Cisnados during arbitration that if they refuse to settle, and want to take the issue to court, that evidence will be entered into the courthouse public record that they have threatened people.

Yesterday, 2 trucks were at the warehouse >>> they are loading and unloading from the back roll-up garage door so it is only visible from my house. I got one time-date stamped photo.

Let me know what you want to do.
