> Log in to Backstage/main page/ log-in page
> ON the Services tab on the menu at the top, select "My Services" tab.
> From this screen, click the green "Active" button to the right of the domain you'd like to access.
> Scroll down to bottom of page, Click the “Login to cPanel” link in the menu on the left side of the screen. This will redirect you to cPanel.
> The cPanel log in is the your FTP user name and password
