Basic wiring for L4006
Immersed inside storage tank, the L4006 can control a boiler, water heater, circulating pump etc to ensure proper temperature range.
Use dial on front to adjust set point.
Temperature range 130-270°F.
High-limit control. Limits how high temperature can go before SPST switch turns OFF.
When temperature is below set point, the SPST switch is ON and circulating pump is ON.
When temperature reaches high limit set point (130° recommended unless mixing valve used), the SPST switch contacts are turned OFF, and circulating pump turns OFF.
