Well house:
fix door,
 fixed corrugated roof, new 1x4s, add cross braces, new screws, holes sealed with tar, new rubber flashing
replaced corner boards, cut down 1x8 on right side of door
Dug trench, moved conduit pipe down and buried pipe,
Strip on inside at bottom of door to keep out debris,
new concrete block to hold door

Barn, yard:
dug out the dirt behind barn,
filled holes where stumps were removed
repair broken siding in front with caulk

Galvanized hand rail
Left to do: paint front door, clean or install new porch light,

Big room:
paint walls 
clean electric plates,
New curtain.
Brace curtain where plastic anchor was used
Spray paint return air grille
Fix wicker furniture, spray paint wicker furniture
Throw away one of the couches
Paint wall below window.
Scrape and touch up window sill

Laundry room:
Paint main breaker box cover,
fill empty slots in breaker box
clean shelf,
nail, caulk and paint corner box,
plumbing clean-out opening filled with sheetrock mud and painted
cover plate over dryer outlet
cover plate over empty box
touch up baseboard
re-attach dryer hose to back of dryer

Kitchen:
new ballast in light above sink

fix microwave circuit by tightening wire on breaker

Switch door knobs in reverse position so they look new

nail trim at bottom on pocket door,

Back porches:
new handrails,
update balusters,
support 4 x 4’s,
replace board.
remove round plate from ceiling
Add dirt under end of walkway

Deck:
update deck and railings,
lifted and turned over 5 deck railing boards and filled holes
lifted and turned over 30 deck boards.
cleaned deck boards
1000 nails removed from old boards, 1000 new galvanized nails shot into deck
re-brace 4 x 4’s,
add 10 new posts
rebrace joists and 4x4s at end of deck
add 5 new joists at house end of deck
dig out dirt and put in stump hole in yard
cover old and new joists with self adhesive rubber flashing
add aluminum flashing
build  new 18" step,
build sloping step
new galvanized handrail, and 4x4
paint conduit
Left to do: pick up tools, put away boards, clean off deck, new boards on swing


Water heater
fix latch on water heater door,
 trim out back of cabinet
replaced element and clean tank,
paint inside of cabinet,
Cut back siding board under water heater
Add board to keep roaches and mice out,
Vacuum up roaches under bathtub,
run wire underneath bathtub for new office light
Left to do: paint conduit, get new 30 gallon water heater ready for installation

Side yard:
dig dirt around deck
bury conduit pipe
clean up loose bricks and pots,
remove wooden walkways,
remove old 4x4 handrail
remove old 4 x 4 trellis and arch,
install patio stones and new stone walkways,
 extend circle near fish,
plant jasmine around tree,
new stone garden near brick walkway, plant jasmine, 
New 4 x 4‘s and trellis, attach conduit railing
clean up trash can area
